At last after a lot of searching, thanks to the results of the Strong Interest Inventory® assessment, I can finally make decisions about how to change my career.

I also know the career direction that I want to take.

Before taking the assessment, I thought that I already knew how my interests and leisure activities related to my working life but I could not have been more wrong! The Strong method put all of these into context and showed me the different ways that they are all relevant and how I can use them to my best advantage.

The test was easy to do and the instructions were easy to follow. The written report was set out in clear, logical and easy-to-read sections. The follow-up discussion with the member from Right Click brought it all together: we had a friendly and enjoyable discussion and the results of the assessment were explained further to me. I asked questions and made comments and received clear and helpful responses and advice where needed.

The assessment was a very positive experience for me and at the end of it, I am in no doubt as to the next steps that I need to take.
