Incredible Careers

Right Click Incredible Careers makes reservations with various Career Experts. To make a booking, you must submit a reservation form and provide your credit card details. We will then check the availability of the Expert and confirm your booking.

Full payment of the Right Click Incredible Careers Experience is required to make a reservation.

The payment will be processed when your booking is confirmed. Upon confirmation, we will send you (by email) a reservation confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation and price conditions. You will also be able to print your reservation confirmation voucher.

We will also email the Expert details of your reservation, including your contact details. They may contact you prior to your Experience, to ascertain dietary requirements or other requirements necessary to a successful Career Experience.

You will also receive a call from an accredited Careers Guide within two working days of confirmation of your booking, to discuss your career goals and organise a Strong® Interest Inventory assessment for you.

Confidentiality

Some of our Experts may make available to you commercially sensitive information while going about the normal course of their business. The Expert may require you to sign a confidentiality agreement as a condition of your Career Experience. This will be made clear to you upon confirmation of your booking.

Code of Conduct

The Client who undertakes the Right Click Incredible Careers Experience will be expected to conduct themselves in a manner that preserves the goodwill of the Expert’s business, and to follow the lawful and reasonable instructions of the Expert to keep them safe. The Expert has the right to cancel an Experience before its scheduled completion if, in the sole opinion of the Expert, the Client breaches this Code.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or change your reservation:

• Within 48 hours of your scheduled Right Click Incredible Careers Experience
• You will be charged a non-refundable fee the equivalent of 50% of the price of the Experience.
• Between 48 hours and 14 days of your scheduled Right Click Incredible Careers Experience
• You will be charged a non-refundable fee the equivalent of 25% of the price of the Experience.
• More than 14 days ahead of your scheduled Right Click Incredible Careers Experience
• You will be charged a $100 non-refundable fee.
• In all cases, the Experience may only be rescheduled based on the approved availability of the Expert to reschedule.
• Written notification of cancellation or rescheduling is required in all cases.

Refund Policy

If the Expert is unable to provide the scheduled Career Experience for whatever reason (with the exception of a breach of the Code of Conduct as outlined above), the Client may choose to receive a refund for that Career Experience or book another Career Experience. The Client will be credited or charged any difference between the original and the rescheduled Career Experience, as appropriate.

If the Client has received Career Guidance counselling including the Strong® Interest Inventory interpretive report prior to the cancellation of the scheduled Career Experience, any refund will be less $225.00 +GST being the cost of the Career Guidance counselling.

Refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your credit card account.

All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner, at the discretion of the bank and credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our bank, it can take up to one month for the proceeds to be credited to your account, depending on your billing cycle with the credit card company.

Children

We regret that for safety and insurance reasons, children under the age of 18 years cannot participate in a Right Click Incredible Careers Experience.
